Discussion Group Leader (DGL)
Coordinates table group at meetings, facilitates fellowship and discussion.
Communicates with table group and keeps members updated via emails and phone calls.
Is sensitive to and understands the special needs of mothers of preschoolers.
Shows warmth and acceptance to women from every background, demonstrating discretion about the personal lives of others.

Mentor Mom
Shares from her own experiences and insights into the joys and challenges of motherhood.
Teaches and guides newer moms to the best of her ability.
Circulates at MOPS meetings, mentoring moms one-on-one. 
The DGLs and Mentor Moms, along with the Steering Team, are here to make this year to MOPS one of the best yet!
